For our client to work in Japan, he has to apply for a working visa. We do not have enough information to determine whether our client meets the conditions necessary to obtain a working visa. So we can only give general advice for this case.

If our client were to continue his current job, his academic and professional career must be taken into consideration. Either a college degree in the same field as his job, or three years of experience is needed to obtain a working visa. So, if our client is young, it maybe difficult for him to be approved of a working visa, for he may not have a degree in college, nor three years of experience in the field.

Should our client meet the requirements, he is eligible in obtaining the change of visa, without applying for a eligibility.
